Bommelerwaard, The Netherlands. Pastor Schevers mission is to merge several parishes. With much dedication he fulfills his role as a ‘bridge builder’ and is also committed to social projects in Latvia. Despite all drastic measures and the debate about the role of the Catholic Church in society, he is very beloved by his parishioners.
